I believe in the synergistic power of combining Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL/ITSM, and Program/Project Management practices, moving beyond siloed approaches to achieve unified, impactful results.
My leadership philosophy centres on freedom, recognising that giving teams the space to experiment and decide cultivates self-organisation, independence, dedication, and higher productivity.
I am an observer, and the changes I lead are not made on blue simply because I say so. Each change is unique and I align them with the specifics of the business, team, and personnel via continuous collaboration and communication.
When I start a new assignment, I invest all my effort to understand who the customers are and what value the company gives them. I look at what drives the leaders, what they're thinking about, and what challenges they face. I also check how the delivery teams are doing and how well they understand their impact on customers. And finally, I am completing the puzzle of how teams work together and how they feel about the enterprise culture.
Every day is different during a transformation, so there's no chance for boredom or a "Groundhog Day".
I equally engage with the owner or director board, leadership and delivery teams, and individuals, providing timely assistance through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaborative work to achieve our shared goals.

Outside business hours I am a husband and a father with quite wide range of hobbies and interests.
