This book is like William Shirer's personal notes from when he was a reporter in Europe during the really bad times before and during World War Two. He saw a lot of historical moments happening with the Nazis and wrote it all down. It's like reading someone's diary about living through a super important and scary part of history, right there as it was happening. While I was reading the book, the constant sense of "History is cyclic" and "What I see right now, has already happened not so long time ago..." was not leaving me.
By Mark Manson
This book helped me see some obvious things I could take charge of. I really liked it and think it could be a real help for anyone feeling the squeeze or going through tough times in a world that's changing a lot, especially if they're feeling lost and like everything's going wrong.
By Patrick Lencioni.
It's already my handbook, that helps me a lot as a pragmatic roadmap for building high-performing teams, especially vital during periods of significant change and transformation. It presents a cascading model, illustrating how the absence of one foundational element undermines the entire team structure.
Strongly recommend for any people leaders.

It's easy to read and adopt the model and patterns.
